PERSONAL ACCIDENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Payment of premium in line with NAICOM’s guideline of no premium no Cover
• This Policy does not apply to bodily injury resulting from or traceable to blindness, Influence of intoxicating liquor or drug, suicide , attempted suicide, pregnancy HIV or AIDS, war etc. as may be describe in the policy.
• The Insured shall give immediate notice to the Company of any change in occupation, pursuits or residence or of any disease physical defect or infirmity by which he has become affected.
• As soon as possible after the occurrence of an accident that may be the subject of a claim under this policy the Insured must obtain and follow the advice of a registered medical practitioner. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from failure by the Insured to obtain and follow such advice.
• This policy may be terminated at any time by either party in writing in which case the Company will retain the customary short period rate for the time the policy has been in force.
• The policy shall be voidable by the company in the event of misrepresentation, misdescription or non-disclosure in any material particular by the insured.
