MOTOR INSURANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Premium payable is N5,000
• Covers damage to the other person’s vehicle or property up to 1 million naira.
• Covers death or bodily injury to the third party in the event of an accident caused by the insured vehicle.
• The Company may at its own option repair reinstate or replace the Motor Car or Part thereof and/or its accessories or may pay in cash the amount of the loss or damage and the liability of the Company shall not exceeding the cover limit
• Give immediate claim notification to the company
• Shall not incur any expenses in making good any loss or damage without our written consent and shall not negotiate, pay, settle, admit or repudiate any claim without the like consent.
